Manage Application Security

Manage and assign Dashboard access to roles using the Manage Application Security option.

Creating a record is done by clicking Add New Record. Copying an existing record can also be done using Copy Record () available in each row, along with view and delete. At this point the following information can be entered.

• Role: Select the role from the drop-down menu to assign the menu option.
• Application Type: Identifies an internal resource identifier - either Report (R), Inquiry (I), or Maintainer (M).
• Application Number: Identifies the actual resource.
